Building a JavaScript Library – Live Performance!

By Mike, Bob, and Donny — October 2nd, 2012

There are a lot of libraries out there. How about one more? You might not plan on building an open source library with a following like jQuery, but a small, simple, personal library is common and a good idea.

In this meeting we will apply some group-think and see what decisions need to be made in the implementation. Project goals? Target browsers (IE6, 7, 8? Or just mobile?). Should we modify prototype? Or only do when it adds missing standards functionality? Do we want Functional (chaining) or OOP? Should we use browser detection or feature detection?
